The Institute of Leadership and Management is the professional institute for Front Line Managers, Team Leaders and Supervisors. ILM supports training and development through membership and accreditation. Organisations accredited by the ILM to deliver its programmes span public and private sectors, including universities and colleges, training providers and industrial companies. The accreditation of traditional training courses in management and related topics enables ILM to enhance professional development and lifelong learning. The Diploma in Manufacturing Management has become the first programme from an external provider to be accredited with Diploma status from the ILM.
