Module 5 is the most appropriate
stage in which to deal with those key competencies which relate
to personal effectiveness. These are subject to the varying styles
and preferences of individuals which are not always self evident
and are sometimes not readily disclosed. At this point trainers
and participants have developed a level of mutual trust and confidence
which facilitates open discussion of personal strengths and weaknesses.
Trainers are now much more familiar with the capabilities of individual
participants both from their performance during the modules and
from discussing progress with the workplace assignments. They
are able to give personal coaching to loosen the constraints of
key performance blockages and restore confidence.
