Module 3 takes place uniquely on the premises of a host manufacturing company. For the duration of the week participants reside in a comfortable hotel relatively near the factory in which they are working and learning.

Host companies are chosen for their own positive commitment to best practice disciplines and to training and development and also for their willingness to allow programme participants to make real changes to their processes, machines and facilities.

As well as introducing new learning elements the week affords an invaluable opportunity to practice tools and disciplines introduced in Module 1 and Module 2 and also to enable participants to derive satisfaction and confidence from from achieving significant performance gains in a real factory.
